Terms of use

Using this site

New Age Rentals LLC (“we”, “us”) runs this website, newagerentals.com. By using it you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Listings

We work to keep listings current, but availability, prices, fees and features can change, and a listing can contain mistakes. Please confirm the details with us before you rely on them.

A listing is not an offer to rent. A lease exists only when you and we both sign one.

Fair Housing

We do business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or familial status, or any other characteristic protected by state or local law.

Rent estimates and proposals

Rent estimates on this site are automated, based on rentals near your property, and are only a starting point. They are not an appraisal or a promise of rent. Any management services are set out in a written agreement between you and us.

Other services

For rental applications, the resident portal, maintenance requests and the owner portal, this site links to services run by other companies. Their own terms apply there.

Acceptable use

Don’t send false information or spam through this site, try to break or overload it, or use it to collect other people’s information.

Our content

The text, photos and logos on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You’re welcome to share links to our pages.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, this site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Governing law

The laws of North Dakota govern these terms, except where the law of the state you live in gives you rights that can’t be waived.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
