Who we are

New Age Rentals LLC (“we”, “us”) runs this website, newagerentals.com. This policy explains what information we collect through it and how we use it.

The site is hosted by RentRealm, which stores and delivers information for us and handles it as described in RentRealm’s privacy policy.

Information we collect

When you send a request through a form on this site, such as a showing request, a question about a home or a waitlist sign-up, or a management proposal or a rent estimate, we receive:

• your name, and your email address and/or phone number;
• the home you asked about, the days and times that suit you for a showing, your move-in date and your message;
• details about your property, such as its address, size, number of units or condition, and your message;
• the page you sent the form from, the first page you visited on this site, the website that referred you (its domain only) and any campaign tags in that page’s address, and the last home you looked at here.

To limit spam, we keep a one-way, salted hash of the IP address that sent each form, not the IP address itself.

If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share.

How we use information

• to answer you and provide the services you ask about;
• to keep records of our conversations and our business;
• to prevent spam and misuse of this site;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and outside services

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your browser keeps the first page you visited here, the referring website’s domain and any campaign tags in its own storage for up to 30 days, so a form can include them. They reach us only if you send a form; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.

Maps on this site load map images from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address with each request. Some listing photos may load directly from the listing service that supplies them, which receives your IP address the same way. Virtual tours from Matterport, YouTube, Zillow, Kuula or CloudPano load only when you click them, and that company may then set its own cookies.

We link to other services for rental applications, the resident portal, maintenance requests and the owner portal. What you enter there is handled under that service’s own privacy policy.

Who we share information with

• RentRealm and the companies that help it run this site, such as for hosting and email delivery;
• people and companies that help us run our business, when they need it to do so;
• others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, the public or us.

How long we keep information

We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you: email leasing@newagerentals.com or call (701) 404-7858. Depending on where you live, your state’s law may give you further rights; we honor them.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
